In 1989, I entered the sales industry and, after nine years, transitioned to managing people and businesses. Shortly after, I focused on the business industry by connecting and learning through experience and mentors. What I discovered was the time spent making and maintaining profit left little time for expense oversight (additional profit). So, I launched Pleasant Results ERC with the sole goal of helping businesses and individuals reduce expenses. Through years of relationship building, I've partnered with the best in the industry for expense reduction all in one place! My focus is reducing cost, not adding to it.
